QUILLEN, Justice: The claimant, Charles Wortman, was struck on the head by the bucket of a backhoe while working for the employer, DiSabatino Brothers, Inc. Claimant was paid temporary total disability benefits pursuant to 19 Del.C. § 2324 under an agreement between the employer and the claimant. On August 9, 1979, employer filed a petition for termination of temporary total disability benefits, and, on June 17, 1980, a hearing was held at the Industrial Accident Board.
